Make a 20 minute appointment with one of our Practice Nurses – this may need to be as much as 8 weeks before your date of travel.

3) Complete the Travel Clinic Questionnaire and bring it with you to your appointment.

(Replacement of lost yellow fever certificate is £10.00)

Some Malaria Tablets can be bought over the counter, others require a private prescription for which there will be a charge from the Chemist. The Nurse will advise you.

Please pay any amount due in advance at reception and the Nurse will order your vaccines.
