the organisations that make decisions about
how much of the NHS budget locally is given
to hospitals like Torbay or GP Practices

Devon Partnership NHS Trust
This organization covers
the whole of Devon except for Plymouth and
is responsible for the provision of mental
health and learning disability services.
In the Totnes area they are responsible
for community mental health nursing, inpatient
