LEATSIDE PATIENT REFERENCE GROUP
ACTION PLAN FOLLOWING PATIENT SURVEY
Following the patient survey which took place during March 2014 this action plan has been developed with the partners of Leatside and members of the Patient Participation Group (PPG)
The results in detail of the survey are on the website alongside this action plan. The individual patient comments which have resulted in this action plan are also included.
The members of the PPG were asked to feed back the areas that they felt Leatside should focus its attention during 2104-15 to improve services to patients and these are listed below.
- Telephone System
- Boots Pharmacy
- Waiting times in the surgery
- Appointment difficulties with ‘Doctor of Choice’
- Next year’s questionnaire
All of the above five items will be looked at in detail during the coming months to improve the service offered to patients. Hopefully the results of next year’s survey will show our improvement in these areas.
